Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, Coach-standard customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Execute daily store operations including merchandising, stock handling and point-of-sale activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure operational consistency.
- Support in-store initiatives, promotional events and visual standards to maintain brand presentation.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years retail or luxury brand sales experience.
- Polished interpersonal manner, proactive attitude and demonstrated sales aptitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong team orientation.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct retail or luxury sales experience, ideally with demonstrated achievement against sales targets and experience in clienteling within a boutique or outlet environment.
Education
Associate degree or higher
