Coach seeks a part-time Sales Consultant in Chengdu (Shanshan Outlet) to deliver luxury client service and drive omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through bespoke styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream formats) to capture client data and convert leads.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and online order fulfilment (click & collect).
- Maintain impeccable merchandising standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; follow asset-protection and POS procedures.
- Adapt selling approach to fluctuating customer traffic and support teammates across functional areas to ensure seamless store operations.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency operating POS systems and familiarity with mobile POS on devices such as iPad and laptop.
- Ability to read price/release sheets and to use store communication tools (e.g., walkie‑talkie).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Social‑media savvy with experience or aptitude for short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills preferred.
- A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
