Coach is hiring a Sales Consultant in Changsha (SAUSser Pop-Up Outlet). Full-time retail role focused on client service and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary customer service in accordance with Coach standards, building long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and product knowledge.
  • Execute day-to-day store operations, including merchandising, inventory handling and maintaining presentation standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure smooth operations and superior client experience.

Qualifications

  • College diploma (associate degree/专科) or higher.
  • Minimum 2 years' retail or luxury sales experience.
  • Polite, sincere and proactive manner with strong consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration within a retail environment.

Experience
