Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with Coach standards, cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
- Perform daily store operational tasks, including point-of-sale transactions, stock handling and maintaining presentation standards.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, store management and external partners to support store performance and client service.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum two years' retail or luxury sales experience.
- Polite, proactive and customer-focused with demonstrated sales skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong team orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

At least 2 years of retail or luxury brand sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
Education
Associate degree or higher.
