Role & Responsibilities

- Execute daily store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising and cash wrap procedures.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor presence; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Support inventory cycles, stockroom organisation and asset protection policies to preserve product integrity and shrink control.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in brand training initiatives and welcome feedback to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS devices; basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak periods and public holidays.
- Preferred: experience with clienteling, social media/live‑stream shopping, short‑form video demos and data acquisition for CRM.

At least one year of retail sales experience; candidates with luxury retail, omni‑channel selling or clienteling experience are preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and familiarity with digital customer engagement channels is an advantage.
