Coach in New York seeks a Cashier II to manage POS transactions, cash controls and deliver elevated client service in a flagship retail setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate point-of-sale system to process sales, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently while adhering to company cash-handling procedures.
  • Manage drawer reconciliations, end-of-day reports and maintain accurate transaction records to ensure financial controls.
  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client service through attentive engagement, product knowledge and appropriate upselling to support sales targets.
  • Support store merchandising standards and floor presentation, replenishing stock and ensuring displays reflect brand visual guidelines.
  • Follow loss-prevention protocols and report discrepancies or suspicious activity promptly to management.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, stock counts and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail certification is advantageous.
