Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional client service by greeting customers, answering product questions and facilitating personalized shopping experiences.
- Handle cash, card and electronic payments; perform register reconciliations and end-of-day cash counts.
- Maintain orderly and attractive checkout and salesfloor areas; assist with merchandising and inventory replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and company policies for refunds, price adjustments and secure handling of merchandise.
- Collaborate with store team to meet daily sales targets, support promotional activities and escalate client needs to management.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable trustworthiness and proven accuracy in cash handling and register reconciliation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished customer-facing presence.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods; capacity to lift and move merchandise when required.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail; ability to follow point-of-sale procedures and store policies.

Typically requires 1–2 years of retail or cashier experience; prior experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
Education
