Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Sell across channels using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Operate cash wrap and process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support daily store operations including receiving shipments, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain an organised, service-ready sales floor and stockroom; participate in inventory cycles and stock management.
- Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas as required, and participate in brand initiatives and training programmes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Practical experience with POS operation and mobile selling devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping, short‑form video or video demos is an advantage; clienteling and data acquisition skills preferred.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail background and demonstrable clienteling or social‑selling experience are preferred.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
