Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining elevated retail practices
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and informed fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain client relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising whilst maintaining service excellence
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and cleanliness; ensure compliance with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles through shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support team objectives
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment that encourages team performance and engagement
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback with professionalism, adapt behaviours appropriately, and maintain composure in dynamic retail settings

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Competence with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and clienteling platforms (preferred)
  • Experience with data acquisition and customer relationship management practices (preferred)
