Coach — Sales Associate (part-time) in York, UK. Join Coach York Outlet as a client-facing Sales Associate delivering luxury service and omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in line with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live demos) to capture customer data and convert sales across channels.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments, online order fulfilment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain an energetic and organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programmes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven POS operation experience and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price and release sheets.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping is advantageous.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Strong spoken English proficiency.

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. A combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
