Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Xuzhou, China (Xuzhou Suning Plaza) to deliver luxury retail and omni-channel service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to build long-term client relationships.
- Drive individual and store sales via cross-selling, upselling and proactive prospecting; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Engage in omni-channel selling using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert online-to-store flows.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) while following POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, stockroom management and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor presence, manage multiple clients concurrently and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required to ensure smooth store operations and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven familiarity with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop); ability to read price and release sheets.
- Practical experience with omni-channel clienteling and data acquisition; social-media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail. Experience in omni-channel selling, clienteling and social/video selling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
