Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain client relationships via personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live demos) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain floor and stockroom standards—visual merchandising, housekeeping and asset protection procedures—to preserve brand presentation and loss prevention.
  • Support inventory cycles and stock management, assist teammates across functional areas and participate in training and brand initiatives.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism on the sales floor; adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs and peak trading periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic retail technology (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with clienteling platforms.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks regularly (lifting ~25 lb, occasionally up to 50 lb), plus standing, bending and stockroom duties.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, omni-channel selling or live-stream/short-form video commerce is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
