Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Xuchang (Xuchang Angel City) — join Coach to deliver luxury client experiences and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Sell through omnichannel touchpoints using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and encourage conversions.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom presentation and adhere to POS procedures, retail policies and asset-protection protocols.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as required to sustain store performance.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities while modelling a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience highly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales targets and work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Familiarity with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, with prior exposure to luxury or premium brands preferred; demonstrated success in client acquisition, clienteling and meeting sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary coursework in fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous.

This position is based in Xuchang, Henan, China, within easy reach of Zhengzhou.
