Coach Sales Associate — Xi'an MixC (part-time). Deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling for the Coach brand.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; contribute to store KPIs.
- Leverage omni‑channel tools—mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling channels (including short‑form video)—to capture customer data and convert leads.
- Execute daily operational duties including efficient transaction processing (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory reception and replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Maintain sales floor readiness and asset protection protocols; support inventory cycles and loss-prevention procedures.
- Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs, manage multiple customers concurrently and maintain high energy and professional composure.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas to foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competence with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); able to operate mobile POS and walkie‑talkie.
- Physical ability to perform retail duties including regularly lifting 25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb, bending, climbing and stockroom work.
- Strong English language proficiency for customer interaction and internal communications.
- Demonstrated social media fluency and clienteling aptitude; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations is advantageous.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or fashion retail and who have demonstrable experience in clienteling and omni‑channel selling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion-related training considered.
