Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes, and inclusion activities

Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive retail landscape

- Ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
1+ years of sales experience in retail environments; luxury retail background is preferred. A combination of relevant education and hands-on experience will be considered. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with social media, live-stream shopping, video product demonstrations, and data acquisition methodologies.
