Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Wrentham, MA — client-focused retail role using mobile POS and social selling to drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social-selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagement into sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy, professional demeanour and styling standards.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap and adhere to asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive and process shipments, replenish stock, maintain stockroom organisation and assist with visual merchandising.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; strong customer-focus and commercial drive.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and clienteling tools is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and safely manoeuvre within sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury or fashion retail experience and social-selling/live-stream experience are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail, fashion or customer service training advantageous. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Wrentham, Massachusetts, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
