Coach in Woodstock, GA seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate to deliver elevated luxury retail service and omni‑channel clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to generate repeat business.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert leads.
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and follow POS, retail and asset‑protection procedures.
  • Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and fostering a collaborative, trust‑based environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behavior to preserve professional service standards.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet individual and team sales targets; experience executing personal sales plans and clienteling.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

Minimum one year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Proven track record of meeting sales KPIs and using clienteling tools to drive repeat purchases.
