Coach seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Woodstock, GA — deliver luxury client service, omni‑channel selling and store operations for Coach (Tapestry).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline ambassador of the brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive outreach to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Utilize Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data, process transactions and promote omni‑channel sales.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory receipt and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and adhere to asset protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas to ensure smooth store performance.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors to business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver high‑touch client experiences.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with Mobile POS and clienteling platforms preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and manage stockroom activity.

Experience
