Coach Sales Associate
Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Woodburn, OR to deliver luxury service, omni-channel selling and clienteling for its retail store.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Drive sales through consultative selling: build lasting client relationships, provide styling and product expertise, and execute cross-selling and upsell strategies.
- Use omni-channel tools to capture client data and close sales, including Mobile POS, clienteling platforms, social selling and short-form video content.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Perform daily operational tasks: transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receipt and replenishment, and stockroom management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean, and appropriately stocked.
- Support inventory cycles and loss-prevention procedures; follow retail policies, POS protocols and asset protection guidelines.
- Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas as needed, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop; Mobile POS).
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and familiarity with omni-channel selling, live-stream shopping or video demos are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
