Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for the brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in alignment with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and timely follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert leads.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and stock replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organised and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and seasonal stock movements; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities while modelling professionalism and receptiveness to feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfort using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail, omni‑channel selling or live‑stream shopping is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
