Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, comprehensive product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and customer-tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans, meeting or exceeding individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and execute effective follow-up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor whilst managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash handling, inventory processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while upholding retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and managing product movement
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Demonstrate flexibility and professional composure when receiving feedback

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competitor offerings
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS operation
  • Ability to read and interpret price and product release sheets
  • Fluent English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, seasonal peaks, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
