Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand standards and the Coach Guide to Style and Service
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and store KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked while following retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support store operations
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage overall team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors as needed, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, walkie-talkie)
  • Ability to read price sheets and release sheets accurately
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
