Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Associate in Winnipeg, MB. Deliver luxury retail service, drive sales, and build client relationships at Polo Park location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up systematically to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently—including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
  • Demonstrable knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS), and walkie-talkie operation
  • Ability to read and interpret price sheets and release information
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Luxury retail background (preferred)
  • Social media proficiency and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Flexibility to work rotating schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience
