Coach (Tapestry) in Winnipeg seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, omni-channel selling and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships via personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed personal and store KPIs.
- Execute omni-channel selling strategies: operate mobile POS, manage online order pickups, and use clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data.
- Perform daily store operations: cash handling, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining a pristine sales floor and stockroom.
- Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures while adhering to POS and retail policies.
- Adapt to multiple customers and high-traffic periods; assist teammates in functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS solutions.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and demonstrated track record of meeting individual sales targets is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary training in retail, fashion, visual merchandising or customer service is advantageous. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
