Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Winnipeg (Polo Park). Join Coach to deliver luxury retail service and omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service that reflects Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to acquire customer data and convert sales.
- Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling and upselling.
- Perform daily operational duties: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Maintain an organised, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support inventory cycles—receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement—and assist teammates in functional areas as required.
- Contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad, laptop); experience using mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy with experience or interest in live-stream shopping, short-form video demos or social selling is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within sales floor and stockroom environments.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail and demonstrated omni-channel selling, clienteling and social selling capabilities.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
