Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash handling, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Ensure sales floor and stockroom remain clean, organized, and well-stocked while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Ability to read price sheets and release documentation
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, with ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Preferred: luxury retail background, social media fluency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling expertise, and data acquisition skills
