Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked in compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required to support store operations
  • Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment while encouraging team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced retail settings

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Ability to read price sheets and release information
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and holidays

Experience

1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Preferred additional experience includes live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling, and data acquisition in a luxury retail environment.

Compensation
