Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, product movement and visual merchandising.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) while adhering to POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain a well-presented sales floor and organized stockroom; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion programs; accept feedback and adapt behaviors to sustain professional standards.
- Perform physical tasks as required: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS devices; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie communication.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or interest in live‑stream shopping, video demos and social selling strategies (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
- Capacity to perform physical duties required in a retail environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or premium-brand sales experience is preferred and will be considered favorably.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
