Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through styling, product expertise, tailored recommendations, and proactive follow‑up to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and attainment of individual and store KPIs; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Operate omni‑channel selling tools including mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert engagement into sales.
  • Execute daily operational duties: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups), inventory reception, replenishment and stockroom management.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized, stocked and compliant with asset protection procedures.
  • Adapt selling approach to fluctuating footfall and business needs while supporting teammates across functional areas and participating in brand initiatives and trainings.
  • Demonstrate physical capability to handle merchandise and stockroom tasks safely (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to use POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data acquisition skills, with social media savvy and experience in live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks required for retail operations (lifting, bending, climbing, stock movement).

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and omni‑channel selling is strongly preferred.

Education
