Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through bespoke styling, product knowledge and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Execute omni-channel selling: operate mobile POS, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), and support buy-online-pickup-in-store workflows.
  • Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video/live-stream tactics to capture client data, acquire new customers and increase conversion.
  • Develop and execute individual sales plans to meet or exceed personal and store KPIs through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Perform daily store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, stockroom management, visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
  • Support inventory cycles and stock management; assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities while welcoming feedback and adapting behaviors professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad or laptop.
  • Capable of regular physical activity on the sales floor: lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in stockroom environments.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience and familiarity with omni-channel selling and clienteling strongly preferred.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
