Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering service according to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Create personalized styling experiences, build lasting client relationships, and provide product and trend expertise.
- Drive revenue through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and promote repeat purchase.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising to maintain high service standards.
- Process transactions and omnichannel orders efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment, and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and walkie‑talkie.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency; social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of customer-facing sales experience is required; candidates with luxury retail, omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social shopping/live‑streaming experience are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Westlake, Ohio, USA, with easy access to Cleveland.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
