Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service and adhering to brand style and service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, follow‑up and clienteling to drive loyalty and repeat sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos); process purchases, returns, exchanges and online pickups efficiently.
- Support store operations: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure an organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Source new customers, manage follow‑up activities and leverage data capture to convert and retain business.
- Maintain professional floor presence during peak periods, manage multiple customers, and assist teammates across functional areas to sustain service levels.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven POS operation experience and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capable of regularly lifting 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), climbing, bending, kneeling and moving across sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling, social selling or live‑stream shopping is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
