Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and brand vision
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive positioning
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition skills (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
