Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a polished ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver highly personalised client experiences through styling, product expertise and ongoing relationship management.
- Drive revenue via cross-selling, upselling and bespoke recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat business.
- Source new customers, follow up on leads and manage CRM touchpoints to close sales.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are clean, organised and merchandised to brand standards; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, mandatory training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop devices and walkie‑talkies; able to read price and release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or willingness to engage in live‑stream shopping, video demonstrations and social selling (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel in a retail environment.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium‑brand retail experience and demonstrable clienteling or social‑selling activity are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or vocational training in retail, fashion, merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
