Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Weifang, China. Deliver luxury retail service, drive omni-channel sales and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver an elevated, personalised shopping experience through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations.
  • Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and disciplined pursuit of individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and stimulate repeat purchases.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties and basic POS administration.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock and maintain product flow between salesfloor and stockroom.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping of salesfloor and stockroom, and compliance with asset-protection policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training and brand initiatives, and adapt behaviour based on feedback to foster a trust-based team environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, peak periods and public holidays as required by business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and mobile devices (e.g., iPad/Mobile POS); basic computer proficiency.
  • Experience with clienteling, social selling or live‑stream/video demonstrations is preferred.
  • Physically able to perform retail duties: regularly lift ~25 lb, occasionally up to 50 lb; climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a busy store environment.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
