Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while upholding service standards
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom environments in compliance with retail and asset protection policies
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Demonstrate adaptability, welcome feedback, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer competency with iPad and laptop interfaces
  • Familiarity with mobile POS platforms, walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read pricing and product release sheets
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple concurrent customer interactions
  • Physical capability to lift 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Luxury retail background and social media proficiency (preferred)
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling strategies, and customer data acquisition (preferred)
