Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and fashion advice to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; track and act on KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert interest into sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support omni-channel fulfilment.
- Perform daily operational duties—cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising—while maintaining service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, retail policies and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and basic computer tasks.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or fashion retail and who can demonstrate successful client development and sales attainment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Waterloo, New York, USA, with easy access to Rochester.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
