Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Utilize Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and drive omni-channel sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom maintenance.
- Process transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to meet business needs.
- Adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies; assist teammates in functional areas and participate in brand training and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS desirable.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks required for stockroom and floor operations.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, with prior exposure to luxury retail or high-end customer service strongly preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and using omni-channel tools is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Washington, Pennsylvania, USA, with easy access to Pittsburgh.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
