Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering personalised, elevated customer service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Operate mobile POS and traditional POS systems to process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups) efficiently and accurately.
- Use clienteling tools and social selling channels, including short-form video and live-streaming, to capture client data and stimulate demand.
- Support daily store operations: inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Adhere to retail policies, asset protection procedures and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Collaborate with teammates across functions, assist in other store areas as required, and contribute to a trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Demonstrable ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment with a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, public holidays).
- Familiarity with clienteling, data acquisition and social media selling (live-stream shopping or video demos) is preferred.
- Customer-focused demeanour with calm professionalism and receptiveness to feedback.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of direct sales experience; prior luxury retail or branded boutique experience preferred, with familiarity in omni-channel selling and clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or customer service is a plus.
