Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked; follow retail policies, POS, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors as needed, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitor offerings
  • Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexible scheduling availability including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
  • Preferred: luxury retail background, social media proficiency, experience with livestream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling expertise, and data acquisition skills
