Coach is hiring a Sales Associate at Coach Salzburg Outlet in Wals-Himmelreich, Austria — part-time retail role focused on clienteling and omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute individual sales plans aligned with KPIs.
- Use omni-channel selling techniques—mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling—to capture customer data and convert digital engagement into purchases.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising and stockroom standards: keep the sales floor and back‑of‑house organised, replenished and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and promotional activity, assist colleagues across functional areas, and participate in brand initiatives and trainings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data‑acquisition skills; familiarity with social selling, short‑form video or live‑stream shopping is advantageous.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as required by retail trading patterns.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience, with luxury or premium retail exposure preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail or fashion-related qualifications advantageous. A combination of education and demonstrable experience will be considered.
