Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently adhering to Coach style and service standards to deliver an elevated, personalised shopping experience.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and fashion advice to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales KPIs by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Operate mobile POS and store systems, process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently while complying with POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Employ clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video or live‑stream demos to capture client data and expand reach across omni‑channel touchpoints.
  • Support day-to-day store operations including cash wrap, receiving shipments, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain an organised, stocked and secure sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies and participate in inventory cycles and loss-prevention practices.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems (mobile POS, iPad/laptop) and basic retail technology; comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, social media selling or live‑stream demonstrations and demonstrable clienteling success is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
