Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and maintaining professional appearance and demeanor
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up engagement
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations based on client needs
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Source new customers and maintain proactive follow-up to close sales and build client loyalty
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
  • Ensure sales floor and stockroom are clean, organized, and fully stocked in compliance with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection guidelines
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas to support store success
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance through positive engagement
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Demonstrate flexibility, maintain composure under pressure, and welcome constructive feedback

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS); comfort with walkie-talkie use and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
  • Preferred: Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, experience with livestream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling expertise, and data acquisition skills

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A combination of professional retail experience and educational background will be considered equally in evaluation.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
