Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Create personalized client experiences through styling advice, product expertise and long-term relationship building to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, iPad/laptop devices, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagements.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and follow asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak season and statutory holidays; safely lift and handle merchandise (regularly 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS systems.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Customer-focused with proven ability to manage multiple clients on the sales floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, high-traffic retail days and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of customer-facing sales experience, with prior exposure to luxury or fashion retail strongly preferred. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling/omnichannel tools is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in retail, fashion or business is considered an asset. A combination of education and practical experience will be accepted.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Ville Mont-Royal, Quebec, Canada, with easy access to Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
