Coach — Sales Associate (part-time) in Vila do Conde, Portugal. Front-line retail role delivering personalised service and omni-channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering personalized, elevated client experiences in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data, process transactions and convert online-to-store activity.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments, and online order fulfilment (pickups, returns, exchanges).
- Maintain visual standards and merchandising on the sales floor and ensure stockroom organisation and asset-protection procedures are followed.
- Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative, trust-based environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency with iPad/laptop.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Customer-focused, resilient in a fast-paced environment and comfortable managing multiple customers simultaneously.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year in retail sales; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail-related coursework preferred.

This position is based in Vila do Conde, Porto, Portugal, within easy reach of Porto.
