Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized customer experiences in line with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and targeted follow‑up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert leads.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory reception and replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a high‑energy sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Support loss prevention and asset‑protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with retail policies.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; assist colleagues across functional areas as required.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS workflows (iPad/laptop).
  • Strong English language proficiency required for customer interactions and internal communication.
  • Social‑media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or product video demonstrations (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

Minimum one year of sales experience; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail and familiarity with omni‑channel selling and clienteling is preferred.
