Coach seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Vero Beach, FL to deliver luxury retail service, drive omni‑channel sales and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data, convert traffic and support omni‑channel sales.
  • Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap, complete inventory tasks and execute visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and support teammates across functional areas.
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking, and managing product movement while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS and clienteling platforms.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail and clienteling is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Vero Beach, Florida, USA, with easy access to West Palm Beach.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
