Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Vero Beach, FL to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales ($15.00–$19.50/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalized, elevated service in accordance with Coach’s Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to cultivate repeat business.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling systems and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture customer data and convert interactions.
- Operate daily store functions: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, organised and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
- Adapt selling techniques to high-traffic periods and maintain professional composure; perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and stockroom manoeuvres as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred.
- Proven competency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform stockroom duties.
- Strong English language proficiency; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling and omni-channel selling (social commerce, livestreaming or video demos) is highly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational coursework or college study in retail, fashion or related fields preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Vero Beach, Florida, USA, with easy access to West Palm Beach.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
