Coach Sales Associate position in Vaughan, Ontario. Full-time luxury retail role with $17.60–$22.00/hr compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach brand standards through adherence to the Coach Guide to Style and Service protocols
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion recommendations
- Drive sales revenue through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Leverage mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain active relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high-energy floor presence, manage multiple concurrent customers, and adapt selling techniques to operational needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, product replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions accurately including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfillment
- Support inventory cycles through receiving shipments, shelf stocking, and product movement management
- Assist team members across functional areas as operational needs dictate
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based work environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Demonstrate adaptability and maintain professional composure while receiving and implementing feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS platforms
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced retail environments
- Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience required, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor offerings is expected. Experience with POS operation, mobile sales technology, and clienteling systems is valued.
Education
A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered in place of formal educational requirements.

This position is based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
