Coach in Vaughan, Ontario seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service and drive omnichannel sales at Vaughan Mills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools, capture client data, support online order fulfilment (pickups, returns, exchanges) and use social selling including short-form video to generate demand.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments, visual merchandising and maintaining floor/stockroom standards.
- Support team collaboration, assist in functional areas as required, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop) and comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live‑stream shopping, clienteling and data acquisition considered an asset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ year in a sales role; prior luxury retail or premium brand experience strongly preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet sales KPIs and deliver personalized client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
